APIs & Integrations
Cloudstore APIs and integrations allow partners to connect storefronts, ecommerce platforms, print workflow systems, dashboards and production partners.
The problem it addresses
Print commerce spans many systems. Without integration, data is re-keyed between storefronts, workflows and production, adding delay and error.
How it works
Cloudstore exposes APIs and integrations so connected systems can exchange order, product, production, shipping and status data without manual re-entry — from order ingestion and job creation through production-status events to shipping dispatch, tracking and delivery updates, where supported and configured.
Capabilities
- Storefront and ecommerce connectivity
- Workflow system integration
- Dashboard and reporting integration
- Production-partner connectivity
- Shipping, carrier and tracking-system connectivity, where supported and configured
- Shipping requests, package references and label responses exchanged with connected shipping systems, where supported and configured
- Tracking events, delivery exceptions and status webhooks returned to connected systems, where supported and configured
- Order, job and shipment status events, and exception events, across connected systems
- Status mapping between Cloudstore and external status models, where configured
- Duplicate-event handling and retry behaviour for resilient status exchange, where supported
Governance & limitations
Integrations are configured per engagement. Credentials and secrets are never placed in browser code. Specific shipping endpoints and webhook events depend on the connected shipping system and deployment configuration; this is not a claim of a single, complete shipping API.
How it fits the platform
APIs are the connective layer beneath OEM solutions, ecommerce and distributed production, and carry the status and exception events behind Shared Visibility & Exception Management.
Benefits
- Less manual re-keying
- Connected commerce and production
- Flexible partner integration
- A foundation for automation
