Service
Web-to-Print
Cloudstore Web-to-Print enables customers to upload, design, configure, price, order and pay for print products online. Jobs are then submitted automatically to the back-end print workflow, reducing manual input and improving speed, accuracy and customer experience.
The customer challenge
Manual print ordering is slow and error-prone. Specifications travel by email, quotes are produced by hand, and files are re-keyed into production. Each handover adds delay and risk.
The Cloudstore approach
Cloudstore brings the whole ordering journey online. Customers configure a product, see pricing, approve a proof, order and pay, and the resulting job is submitted directly into the production workflow without manual re-entry. From there, order management tracks each order through its lifecycle, and authorised portal users can follow order, production and delivery status — including tracking references returned by connected shipping systems where supported and configured — according to their role and permissions.
